Ingredients
- Good lot of paprika (around 1/3 cup)
- Salt – 5-6 cracks (don’t be shy)
- Light sprinkle of black pepper
- Pinch of sugar (the less the better)
- Around a teaspoon of garlic powder
- Around a teaspoon of onion powder
- Small amount of cumin (around a teaspoon, maybe a little more)
- Chilli (you choose how much you want to put in but less is more)
- Pinch of dried oregano
Steps
Just mix through the 9 ingredients together. Pretty straight forward. This rub works really well on chicken thighs and in wraps!
