Easy Protien Rice Bowl!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

Can of tuna

Siracha or any type of chilli sauce (Optional)        

Rice

Steps:

  1. In a frypan (on around medium to high heat) crack both of your eggs and start to mix them around. This will turn them into scrambled eggs. Keep mixing the eggs around till they start to become white and not a liquid.
  • Get your rice out and cook it however it says on the package, the microwave versions of rice are a lot easier to use and much quicker.
  • If you wish, cook some frozen veggies that you can cook in the microwave for 2-3mins to add some colour to your dish.
  • Now you can start to add all of your ingredients together. Put the scrambled eggs into a decent sized bowl, then add your rice, veggies and tuna. Then mix through all the food to make a yummy dish that is both healthy and full of protein!

Tips

I find having some sort of sauce such as a chilli sauce makes the whole meal better, feel free to add a sauce if you wish.
